[Clam-devel] LADSPA wrapper

This is a patch to load a static ladspa plugin file (must be located under
/usr/lib/ladspa/sine.so) and use it.
It's still work in progress, so most of the variables are hard-coded.

You can define a LADSPA_PATH to examine a dir, but that will just show the
plugins located there and list them in the console.
