[Clam-devel] Few commits today

A bug on the IFFT_fftw3 implementation which made applications eventually 
crash was fixed.

We also did some modifications to the PortAudio backend so that we explicitly 
set the order of preference for the APIs so that we can override the default 
behaviour of chosing OSS over ALSA in Linux.
