[Clam-devel] SMSTools File menu redistributed

I redistributed a little items on the File menu on the SMSTools (commit 9912).
This way when you want to transform you know that you should open a 
transformation score first and so on. This is not the final workflow rewrite 
we want but it is closer ;-) This also minifies the effect of the qt3to4 tool 
bug which duplicates submenus.

Having toolbar icons to activate and deactivate views could add also a 
significant usability boost. But if we decide to push the qt4 port forward it 
is better to do it in qt4 as the icons would be lost in the way.
