[Clam-devel] Do not try mingw yet

You may have noticed that I am doing some commits on mingw crosscompiling. 
They won't be ready to try during some days. I commiting some kludges i did 
but i am changing and committing them so that the delta does not go beyond. I 
am just testing that, at least, they don't break linux. Please, if they break 
any other platforms, warn me.

When mingw crosscompilation is ready to try, i will give you a notice.
