[Clam-devel] [PATCH] dynamic creation of NE Processing tree

With all the changes made lately to the ProcessingFactory and the Factory,
now it has been possible to dynamic create the Processing tree of the
NetworkEditor focusing on the "category" tag.
What remains is to remove the ProcessingClasses[] hardcoded tree, but first
it needs to update all processings with new metadata.
Since now it's only using one category (CLAM or LADSPA), it needs to add
different categories, but it may lead to the repetition of
processing/plugins under different categories.
