Last commits (rev 10795) fixes a bug that exhibits NetworkEditor
only in debug (which is set by default) when painting the following
widgets: Oscilloscope, BufferOscilloscope and SpectrumView.
Specifically, when accessing an array of size 0.

Also I've just added a short section
