[Clam-devel] testfarm green again

just to make you aware that testfarm is green again - the downtime was 
due to an office move in our university and the change has been a little 
harder than expected. at least it's been useful to document better the 
setup and fix the clam-test-data repo.

we've also improved the code coverage. now all plugins are being 
compiled and with some back-to-back tests also.

also, i've got the opportunity to see how easy is to break functionality 
then functional tests are not being passed...
