[Clam-devel] update FFT examples

Hi all,

The following patch updates the examples that use FFT/IFFT functionality to 
use the (relatively) new generic FFT/IFFT classes, which select the correct 
implementation according to your local build settings.  This should allow the 
examples to compile on all platforms.
