[Clam-devel] PATCH: add GuiOnly option to ControlPrinter

Hi all,

The following patch adds the ability for the ControlPrinter to be
configured such that it does not print to the console.  With the recent
changes to this class and the NetworkEditor, the information can still
be viewed and this option helps developers see other console output.
To ensure backwards compatibility, this option defaults off and must be
explicitly enabled in the configuration.
