[Clam-devel] qtDesigner messing up networks ui files

Maybe. But i thought we tried and it didn't worked.

I think it is not the proper way. The INSTALL file should be more suited. The 
tutorial is intended to people that has already installed the binaries. A 
note pointing to the INSTALL file could be nice.
