[Clam-devel] [PATCH] setting incontrol bounds (spectralNetwork.clamnetwork)

A patch with spectralNetwork.ui arranged and minor changes on the
network and his position file, successfully tested with prototyper and
NE.

I'm also sending a couple of jack patchbay files (are they useful?)

question: are bin files included in the patch/svn diff too? seem yes,
but i'm not completely sure... i have to send them aside?
