[Clam-devel] [PATCH] dropping LadspaFactory

With the new factory implementation, it has been possible to adapt the
Ladspa classes to it, dropping the LadspaFactory, which was a workaround in
early steps of LADSPA support.
For this step has been necessary to recreate the LadspaFactoryTest, which
now use a Factory background.
ProcessingTree and Network have been affected too by this change.
