[Clam-devel] SConstruct can't find ID3_TAG in lib id3

i am under mandriva 2007 free edition....
using package lib64id3_3.8_3-3.8.3-10mdk + devel
and lib64id3tag0-0.15.1b-5mdv2007.0

does adding the zlib ref in the SConstruct break the construction on 
systeme using id3 linked with zlib ?
