[Clam-devel] All OSC dependencies moved from Clam libs to osc plugin.

David and me are starting doing extensive use of OSC for the audio 
spacialization project and we  found necessary some OSC code 
reorganization. It has already been commited (revision 10872).

Basically all OSC dependent stuff have been moved to CLAM/plugins/osc 
(the plugin Greg started as oscSource). This also includes the 
"with_osc" scons option which have been removed.

Please report any problem asap.
