Several fixes:
- Fix: Scons was not making library links
- Fix: Several lintian complaints on debian packaging

We also removed the FLTK module from the default scons build. They will be 
still available by doing 'scons vmfl' or 'scons install_vmfl', but they will 
disappear before 1.0. Some more work is needed to clear fltk debian 
dependencies and the code itself.

Dropping qt3 (in favor to qt4) will be harder i suppose but it is also in the 
schedule.
