[Clam-devel] IMPORTANT: libs build dir changed to CLAM/

Since revision 9943 (today) to compile Clam libs we changed dir to
CLAM/scons/libs/ and issued scons

But now it's done in CLAM/ dir. So just go there and issue "scons"

This is consistent with the other apps and hides the user some details
about our build system dirs.

Moreover, this and the drop of vmfltk and vmqt modules from CLAM/ will
enable further simplifications of our library build system.
