completely agree on changing snprintfs to streamstring formatting!

i didn't test the patch (beyond compilation) because
networkeditor is no more using alsadevices.
actually reimplement AudioOut using (blocking) PortAudio is a
TODO and with that we hopefully can get rid of all the low-level
alsa implementation and the annoying AudioManager singleton
class.
