[Clam-devel] NetworkEditor feature: automatic slider in the contextual menu

Last devel screenshot shows that now you can create automatic 
sliders by the contextual menu (as well as double-clicking).

David and me have done some NetworkCanvas/ProcessingBox 
refactoring after this feature.

  * InControl (new) bounds interface change (to David request):
    BeBounded() LowerBound(x) UpperBound(y) is now equivalent to
    a single method: SetBounds(x,y).
  ** updated unit-tests and LadspaWrapper acoordingly
