[Clam-devel] IFFT_base files

In my last commit I added the declaration of IFFT_base class to the
IFFT.hxx file for symmetry with what we do in the FFT side and because
it seems reasonable not to have a separate file for it.

Can I remove the IFFT_base files or is that a potentially dangerous
move?
