[Clam-devel] NetworkEditor with mingw running with wine!!

After some Factory hacking and after upgrading to the latest mingw packages in 
Ubuntu Gutsy, we got NetworkEditor crosscompiling with mingw and running with 
Wine.

XML still disabled (just to go fast to have it working but it doneable), and 
openGl widgets are not working at all in wine. Let's test it on a windows 
virtual box.
