* Add SpectrumMagnitude view to Annotator
* Rename FirstBinFreq -> FirstBinOffset
* Update PoolFloatArrayDataSource::setCurrentTime to use _nBins (animated
SpectrumMagnitude view works!)



Then we should move fast towards display some numerical labels on a widget.
