[Clam-devel] Greg Thread files moved to CLAM

Greg, I moved two Thread related files to the CLAM lib. They forced windows 
version to explicitly link to pthread and i think they have more sense to end 
up there, haven't they?

The problem is that references to pthread library can not be resolved without 
explicitly link against that library. I supose that other platforms take the 
symbol with the ones linked in clam.

Feel free to maintain them there.
