[Clam-devel] [PATCH] evaluation framework for different segmentation algorithms

Hi!

My next task - setting up an evaluation framework for different
segmentation algorithms. More precisely a small program that takes two
ChordExtractor pool files and compares the chord extraction results :)

For now this small program just reads the two files, which (hopefully)
is the hardest part... time will tell...

The patch changes the SConstruct file for Annotator and as I never
committed a change to the SConstruct files before, sending to the ML and
not yet committing...

Changelog:
* A new program within Annotator src/ - PoolCompare for comparing the
results of a segmentation algorithm against ground truth
* Changes to the SConstruct file to make the program get compiled
