Good to know that! Now I recall some very nasty scons bug
fixing at that time...

Annotator/vmqt is based on qt4 but Annotator specific. No needed
for NE.

On the other hand in that old version of clam there is the
clam_vmqt lib based on qt3, though only used by SMSTools. Which was
later moved to that application. But I think this compiles well on
that old version.
