[Clam-devel] Usability: Add processing dialog completion

A long time awaited feature: Adding processing dialog has completion. You 
start typing and you see a list of matching. Now creating networks is lot 
faster if you know the processings to add.

Pending related features:
* Keyboard shortcut for the dialog (now it is a context menu action)
* Filtering edit box to explore the tree such amarok/kmail quick filters.

Note that processings available on the dialog are more that the ones on the 
tree. Should we fix that missmatch?
