[Clam-devel] pbuilder working again

Back to the business at the new location for Pau and me.
The doDebianPackages script is also running again.

TODOs to return to pre-moving state:
- Mingw environment (almost there but failing when building the qt plugin for 
NetEditor)
- Mingw testfarm (i lost the testfarm script on the moving but should not be 
that complex)
- Minimal fedora chroot to build packages as i had in my old box.
- Mac environment and testfarm
