[Clam-devel] ladspa (and other time-domain processings) uses the backend-buffer size

hi gobot and all,

just a quick note to say that the main code for this feature (or bug
fix) landed tonight in trunk. however i had not enough time to test
everything runs smooth. i expect finishing it during the weekend.

the design implications for this feature where deeper that i imagined.
i'll expand on it later.

so, subversion may now be unstable, if so, relay on r10949 as last
stable point.
