Well, I'm still building qt-3 (taking forever, hopefully not hung).
I'm running mac os 10.39 so I think I had some out of date stuff
Had to download the latest version of libcurl to get to .3
Had to temporarily move the sed util for this install into a slightly
different folder where it probably is on os 10.4, then deleted it from this
folder.
Didn't need the PKG_CONFIG_PATH in .profile (at least not yet)
