yes, that are some special macros from SuSE

you need both, as parts of clam are based on qt3 and other parts are based on
qt4

it is a short for xorg-x11-devel (in former times it was xorg or xfree86,
depending on distri version)
so if you replace it with xorg-x11-devel on fedora, it should work.

yes, I provide portaudio as package, so its enabled. doesn't harm if you
disable it.

perhaps have a look at the new SuSE-build-service, AFAIK it kann build also
fedora packages.
