   - CLAMRemoteController -> LadspaOSCRemoteController
   - CLT -> ProcessingClass2Ladpsa

NetworkLADSPAPlugin needs clean up and move somewhere else with other
NetworkPlayer backends. .

I'd say so: its from "pre-ports" era :)
