it could be. i have gcc-4.1 here.
can you send the compiler error?


you might also want to try executing a testfarm client, so we 
have direct access to the compiler output.
http://clam.iua.upf.edu/testfarm/index.html
just change the client id of CLAM/scripts/clam_testfarmclient.py
and execute it.
