fixed in revision 10254  (testfarm is green)

  * fixed example POCompositeExample after SpectrumProduct changes
  * fixed SpectrumProduct: ConcreteConfigure declared but not
    defined (so vtable error)
  * RegisterConfiguratorLaunchers_Spectral.cxx : removed unneeded
    config for SpectralProduct
