[Clam-devel] Critical windows bug in 1.1: Empty factory

Thanks Pol (Context: Pol is the only person with a working CLAM
development deployment in Windows, ATM.)
Quite deceiving, though :-( We'll need to do some windows
debugging in Registrators code. Starting by assuring that we have
only one singleton ProcessingFactory.
