[Clam-devel] Sndfile-based plugin patch

Hi Clam Devel,

I'm Ferran Orriols and I have developed my first CLAM plugin. I hope that it
will be useful. Now this plugin can read a PCM Wav file and do a loop if you
want. For the moment it can only read mono files.

In the future it will read any kind of stereo files like MP3 (libmad), ogg
(libvorbis) and it will write files too. It will be the substitute of the
Audio File I/O 's processings.
