[Clam-devel] TypedControls Migration Patch 1: Base Classes Split.

The first patch i'm sending only splits BaseTyped*Control and
Typed*Controls.
I've added the BaseTyped*Control.hxx|cxx to the svn and removed
Typed*Control.cxx (unused now).
Aldo i've done some modifications to the interface (previously called Link
function now is called AddLink, to be consistent), and this affected some
functions around clam core using the Link function, these were updated.
That's all by now.
Hernan, inform me when this patch is applied so i can go on doing the next
patch.
