[Clam-devel] testfarm in red

The windows client failed because liblo headers include the hatred windows.h 
which defines the GetClassName macro. The solution as always, adding after 
the header:
#undef GetClassName

On the other side the linux client is still in red because the fix i did for 
RedHat which suposes qt4.4, so the linux testfarm box needs a qt4 package 
upgrade, or reverting qt4.py as Natanael suggested. I would do the upgrade.
