[Clam-devel] Install problems with Annotator

I'm install annotator and I follow the INSTALL file instructions, I'm in
GNU/Linux Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon.

 Seems a problem with permisions, how I solve this? I just set permisions of
Annotator.1 file to 777 with chmod.
