[Clam-devel] testfarm is red: cannot find -lresample

David, testfarm is red

because of the revamping the TickExtractor example.

The cause:
Linking TickExtractorExe /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lresample

I guess it's a matter of installing a new dependency, could you send the
instructions and update the INSTALL file?
