Done. 

* Go to the CLAM/plugins/samplebysample folder, 
* copy the options.cache file from any other you have 
* type 'scons install'

Dont forget to delete any remaining files at 
NetworkEditor/src/processings/SampleBySample
Subversion doesn't delete generated files.
