[Clam-devel] Dynamic Ports tutorial

Hi Clam devel,

I have written a tutorial in the wiki which explains how to create a
processing with dynamic ports. It explains how to use a vector of AudioPorts
and some advices for changes the number of ports without lose the
connections. If you have some problems or you don't understand something
please tell us and I will try to improve the tutorial.
