[Clam-devel] Ladspa plugins automated generation working

I finally managed to get the 'Generate LADSPA plugin' button working!!
Commit 11772. Try it out! 

TODOs:
* Use a TaskRunner instead of 'system'
* Enable browse buttons to choose the target library and the clam prefix
* Remove the lib prefix from the library
* Auto install the plugin into ~/.ladspa
* Windows?

I just realized that there is a bug on the generated ladspa. I don't know 
whether this is a bug on ladspa adaptation, or in flow control. If you build 
a wire plugin and apply it to region of a wave in sweep or audacity you will 
notice that the initial part of the wave gets removed and the last frame is 
repeated. Any ideas on what's happening?
