[Clam-devel] Sample by sample processings as plugin

Xavi, should we move the Sample by sample processings into a plugin? They slow 
down NetworkEditor compilation, and i think you placed them there just to 
avoid recompiling CLAM, so a plugin is perfect for that.

If, after 24h hours, you don't complaint or you don't want to eventually use 
the move to get insight how clam plugins work, they will be moved nigthly by 
a dark hand. ;-)
