Related note: After record this screencast, because my server could
not allow itself a streaming of about 20mb only for it, was hard
looking for acceptable hosts, since most of them compress or change
the resolution of the video giving poor final results (i.e. hard to
read from the console). Blip.tv works but now the screencast is also
published (because their take their time to approve the videos...) at
showmedo[1] seems nice since is oriented to programming and let one
add the used code as reference.
