Hi,

I'm not sure how is working now, but here you have some instructions:

I hope that helps to you. Windows native compilation could have some issues,
as most of the developers uses Linux... Anyway, you are welcome to ask on
the list, and if you found something new to add on the wiki, you are welcome
to add it too ;)
