 * clamnetworks cleanup: 
 ** removed obsolete ones: osc-example.clamnetwork and 
    on_the_fly_surround-source_1
 ** fixed synth_with_osc.clamnetwork: now uses LibloSource, and 
    embedded positions instead of .pos file
