[Clam-devel] Don't be afraid of cross-compile

This mail is just to say that following David's guide[1] of how to
crosscompile with mingw and wine and using his 3rd party precompiled
dependencies package, the process seemed to me pretty straight
forward, very similar to perform a clam development linux box set-up.
