[Clam-devel] clam/CLAM/plugins -> clam/plugins (debian packaging)

In order to ease the debian packaging it would be nice to move the plugins to 
the top level so that they are excluded from the clam tarball without doing 
any trick. Also to not having to acknoledge GPL2onlynes of zynaddsubfx code 
in both packages.

So, please commit any pending changes in plugins as tomorrow i will do the 
move and scripts adaptation. Thanks.
