[Clam-devel] Playback indicator

Until now the backend playback indicator just updated when the UI did the 
playback change (play, stop, pause). Whenever the backend changed playback 
status itself, which was very common in Jack, the ui didn't noticed.

I did some small changes in NE to get the playback indicator by pooling. The 
pooling is triggered by a timer each 0.2s or more if there is cpu load.

TODO's:
- Doing the same for the prototyper.
- Maybe abstracting that as a playback indicator widget.
