If there is no objection, I'll commit the attached patch.

I had a mismatch version issue with libsndfile (one installed in 
~/local, same prefix that CLAM...), and that solve it.
I think is logic to include $prefix/lib path. But maybe we could use 
another variable for that, or include at the end instead of first...
