Appearantly, Qt installs a pthread too if you use their mingw install 
option - which is not compatible ...

But then new things arise ...

- libxml++ cannot be found, because it is inside the libxml++-2.6 
directory (and scons does not take this into account?)
- copied that outside, but then the compiler starts to complain about 
libxml++ doing wrong becasue gmp is missing (but it is in the source dir).

So why does scons not know about this?
